LISTERS' AND ASSESSORS

The Williston Board of Listers is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the town Grandlist. The town Assessor provides professional assistance and manages the Listers Office. The Listers and Assessor inspect new and changed property, compile and analyze sales data, provide the public with assessment information, supply the Department of Property Valuation and Review reports, and perform other miscellaneous duties. A part time administrative assistant handles routine work.

The Listers office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
